We are not required by law to collect sales and use tax on shipments outside of the state of Florida. While these guidelines are stringent, they help us to maintain everyday low prices for all customers. We will gladly work with each customer to ensure that each return is handled in a fair and equitable manner. Any and all items must be returned as new, and no more than 30 days from your original date of purchase. Returned items will be subject to a 30% restocking fee of the purchased price, in addition we will recover all extended shipping costs involved. Please call to receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization number) and return instructions. Once we receive your return in the proper condition, we will then refund your credit card for the full purchase price minus a 30% restocking fee of the total sale price before shipping charges. Returns can not be accepted without an RMA number. If any products are defective, you will need to contact the manufacturer.
